Chapman served as counsel to Perceptive Advisors in connection with a $50 million term loan facility with warrants for SOPHiA GENETICS, a data-driven medicine software company providing genomic and radiomic analysis for hospitals, labs, and biopharma institutions. The facility includes an initial tranche and an additional tranche available to support further growth. Partner Nick Whitney led the Chapman deal team with partners Cathy Rossouw, Jennifer Koltse and associates Kris Phipps, Carson Klarck, and Veronica Constable.
