Chapman served as counsel to Perceptive Advisors in connection with a $50 million term loan facility with warrants for SOPHiA GENETICS, a data-driven medicine software company providing genomic and radiomic analysis for hospitals, labs, and biopharma institutions. The facility includes an initial tranche and an additional tranche available to support further growth.
